HR Executive:

The Human Resources Director guides, manages and provides integrated HR solutions and generalist service to the entire company, inclusive but not limited to, legislation, policies, procedures and programs for the entire company. The major areas directed are:

  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Organisational and space planning
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Organisation development
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
  • Employee orientation, development, and training
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Employee relations
  • Company-wide committee facilitation
  • Company employee and community communication
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organisational Development
  • A minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions
